Managing Director
Martha oversees the business and financial aspect of Walk On Air’s development and production slates. She is also a strong advocate for helping to grow Northern Ireland’s creative sector and has a reputation for creating a supportive and nurturing workplace where new and experienced talent can thrive.
She began her career at the BBC’s Panorama Current Affairs strand and went on to run a number of independent production companies in Northern Ireland where she was responsible for delivering BAFTA, RTS and Grierson award-winning factual programmes to a variety of major broadcasters and SVODs.
Previous credits include Myth and Mogul: John DeLorean for Netflix, Fergal Keane: Living with PTSD for the BBC, Showbands: How Ireland learnt to Party for RTE, and feature documentary Escape from San Quentin (for multiple broadcasters and SVODs)

Creative Director
Rachel is an Executive producer and Development Exec working across both TV and Audio.
She has a strong track record for securing premium documentary commissions and works collaboratively to bring the best talent to an idea and drive it through from concept to TX. Recent credits include Death of a Showjumper for Sky, multi- award winning Once Upon a Time in Northern Ireland (co-production with KEO films) for BBC/PBS, Stephen Rea - The Fire in Me Now for BBC/RTE and The Brighton Bomb podcast for BBC Radio 4.
Rachel started her career as a BBC News and Current Affairs journalist, before going on to run the BBC’s Audio documentary unit in Belfast.
Previous credits as a freelance Producer/Director and Development Exec include Find Me A Family for BBC (RTS NI winner) , Lee Miller - A Life on the Frontline (BBC/ARTE best director and editor BAFTAs) and A British Guide to the End of the World (BBC Arena)

Development Exec/Series Producer/Executive Producer
Natalie has an extensive track record in making and developing premium singles, series, box sets and talent-led documentaries. At Walk On Air, Natalie is currently helping drive the development slate and helped secure the commission of Death of a Showjumper for Sky which she went on to Series Produce.
Prior to Walk On Air, Natalie worked at two of the UK’s most successful unscripted production companies, Blast Films and Dragonfly TV. She also spent several years as a journalist and documentary maker at the BBC.
Past credits include Series Producer on BAFTA Cymru nominated The Disappearance of April Jones for Channel 4, RTS award winning Forensics: The Real CSI, and 999: What’s Your Emergency for Channel 4, and RTS award winning Patrick Kielty: 100 Years of Union for the BBC. She was Executive Producer on the first series of Night Coppers for Channel 4 and helped develop Italia 90: 4 Weeks That Changed The World for Sky.

Assistant Producer
Hollie is currently an Assistant Producer who splits her time between production and development. Most recently, she worked on Stephen Rea: The Fire In Me Now for BBC/RTE.
Hollie first came to Walk on Air in 2022 through Northern Ireland Screen’s prestigious Aim High entrant level training programme. She was a production trainee on Once Upon A Time in Northern Ireland (BBC/PBS) before going on to work at other companies on productions such as Teen Predator/Online Killer (BBC Three), and Mastermind (BBC).
She returned to Walk On Air as a Researcher and worked on Death Of A Showjumper for Sky and First Communion for the BBC. She was also Production Co-ordinator on The Brighton Bomb podcast for BBC Radio 4.
